We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are shipped with tracking, and most international orders arrive in 5–12 business days. US orders over $120 ship free.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or issue a refund — your choice.

Warranty

All vibrantlifefu products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or accidents.
